The Gilberts are heavily involved in Crisis Response, and they are also on the Missionary Care Team of ReachGlobal. They work through ReachGlobal to mentor missionaries, train new missionaries, and provide Soul Care to Crisis Response workers and teams. Now based out of West Columbia, they moved to be closer to ReachGlobal hurricane sites to support the workers. They visit Japan when they can and check up on the ministry in Ishinomaki and Onagawa, coaching and mentoring national leaders to do the work.
