Jason is the director of The New Light Foundation CDC or Community Development Center in Ban Nam Khem. He hopes the New Light CDC will play a part in promoting the value of education, providing youth with more career choices and provide a place for villagers to build relationships though social events and activities. The 2004 tsunami brought Jason to Ban Nam Khem. What started out as a relief missions, later turned into a realization of the immense opportunities to contribute to the overall development of the village.
