Joe, along with his wife Connie, works alongside churches in America to help restore, revitalize, plant churches, and distribute materials to help new/old churches grow and flourish. He is the director of Revival and Missions International. Their mission is to equip and support pastors, and one method they use is PIED: Prayer, Intentional Leadership, Exponential Engagement, and Discipleship.
